Built in PBP voice (OOTP 17)

I am seriously about to take advantage of the $9.99 sale on OOTP 17 and wondered if someone could tell me if they changed the built in PBP voice from the robotic woman on '16?

The Narrator is resident in the Windows OS. If you have Windows 8 or 10, you'll find a much improved Narrator.

The Narrator in Vista is about as pitiful as it gets.

Yes.

It has nothing to do with OOTP and everything to do with your version of Windows
