Make an Online League a Solo League

I am commish of a league that is shutting down. I want to make the league a solo league for my fellow GM's to continue at their leisure. Is this possible and if so how?

just give them the commish password

Should do that, then they can do whatever they need to with the league. You can also turn off the Password in the commissioner profile.
