Need Help Drafting!
I have narrowed my list down to two guys, a stud CF prospect and a SP prospect. Fernando "Cougar" Seanez looks like a pus hitter, defender, and base runner and potential all star. My college pitcher looks like a potential #3 starter. My issue is Fernando has horrid personality and hes only 20 years old, and slightly under-developed. I am worried that he will never develop because of his personality, and should forego the potential superstar for a steady pick. Can anyone give me input on how much his Intelligence and Work ethic (very low) will hurt his chances of making it big? Thanks

I'm not sure I'd call that underdeveloped for 20. Doesn't look like he needs much to be honest. Barring injury I'd be shocked if he busts.

I play stats only, and just looking at that line would make me take him with my first round pick. Just his average alone. With having stars on, etc., not sure how much attention you pay to their stats, but generally, after the second round, and in some cases, even the first round, most of the college players averages are under .300. I know OBP, slugging pct, is important too, but just using averages as an example.

As a lefty, he can platoon start probably very soon as well.
