Logos erase themselves?!

I am on my OOTP 16 and was looking at the Draft Order for the upcoming 2017 draft. I noticed that some teams had multiple picks in each round and as I would scroll up and down, back and forth, to see who had how many picks in each round, the logos were slowly disappearing each time they went up, disappeared under the screen and then came back down.

I hope that made sense.

I've noticed it too. It's been on every edition of OOTP I've had. It's just always been something I've dealt with.
