Ability to customize sim result email

So the OTBA has started using the sim emails to let the commissioners know when the sim has been run. It'd be really nice if I could add a message to the email, so that the owners know about upcoming league events, deadlines, sim times and so on. It doesn't need to be fancy, just a free-form block of text, so I could say something like this at the end of the email:

Don't forget, this is your last chance to protect players from the Rule 5 draft!

The next sim will be Thursday at 9PM Central.

That would be super handy.

we use slack for messages like that, but I certainly see the added value there

Until they add something like this you can always create league news with those titles and it'll show up in the emails.
