International FA Draft

According to this article, MLB is pushing for a draft to replace the current free agent derby:

Major League Baseball pushes for international draft in new CBA

Something to consider for 18? An option to toggle between the current method and a draft might be nice.

isn't that functionality there already? couldn't you simply adjust the nationalities for the amateur draft?

What MLB is proposing is separate from the existing amateur draft.
