theg02guy Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Aug 2012 Posts: 33	Fully-developed rookies Is there a setting to select so that rookies (players entered into draft pool) are fully developed to their potential? I have a solo league (Cape Cod Baseball League) and every offseason I end up developing each player to their potential since the league is more about immediate performance and not development. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
