Dual nationalities!

This is probably a niche suggestion that wouldn't add anything to the game for most people, but one of my favorite parts about Football Manager (which I started playing after OOTP) is the fact that fictional and real players can have two or three nationalities to them. Having the ability in OOTP for players to be Mexican American, or Iranian American, or Chinese Canadian (instead of just the names reflecting that) would be the #1 thing for me when it comes to improving immersion.

On a more practical level, it would be nice to see Bruce Bochy not listed as French. Or Alex Wilson as Saudi.

Yes, I know that's where they were born, but it's NOT their nationality.

Completely agree with the need for this feature. I just tried to start a game in the Mexican League, where there is a limit of 6 foreigners per team. As there are many Mexican-American players who appear in the game as only American, many rosters get several top players sent to the reserve list.

Also, this would be helpful if the WBC is added at some point.

It's not so niche any longer since we'll soon have the ability to setup in-game international tournaments. This feature would make a logical additional now.
