Noob Q about minor teams

Uhh...should I be limiting the amount of people on my minor league teams to 25 men? So far I have the AI controlling but there def seems to be more than 25 in each..I will have to verify that.

You can do so or not, as you choose. I generally set the limits for the higher level teams to 28 or so and the lower level teams to 30ish.

Just makes sure to leave your Rookie level(or whatever your lowest level is) leagues as unlimited.

If you set all of the leagues at the lowest level of minors to have a limit, it can result in some wonky ai behavior, releasing good prospects etc.

Here's what I do in my 24-team league with 30-round draft.

ML 25
AAA 25
AA 26
A 27
SA 28
R Unlimited

The AI tends to carry to carry 50-60 players. As long as you turn on favor talent over ability for your league's minor league depth charts you will not have any problems.

Also, I have been manipulating the ML service time and maximum ages for my R-AA leagues.

Essentially, you can change the settings to whatever interests you most, within reason. My biggest suggestion to you as you learn what all of these various setting do is to practice them on test-leagues.
