Does character change??

I was looking at the different characteristics (Loyalty, Greed, Intelligence, etc..) of various minor leaguers in my season and I wondered if any of their traits change at all? Do they get greedier as they become stars? Does their intelligence grow as they mature? Etc.

Yes, their traits can change, though they don't always, and change isn't usually major.
