Trying to Understand...
how PCM (Player Creation Modifiers), LT (League Totals), and LTM (League Totals Modifiers) work together.
I'll start with a straightforward question to see if I at least understand the basics. If I set PCM's all to 1.0000, and LTM's to 1.0000 shouldn't the results i get be somewhat close to the league totals then? No matter what the league totals are? In other words, if I set up a league with all 1.000's in PCM and LTM slots, and put in the league totals from, say, 1910, can I expect my results to be similar to 1910 results?

Well, now I've ruined my league I've been creating, and am going to have to start over.
I guess the answer is NO to my question above, because I ran some seasons before, noticed there was too much offense, (for my liking) so I input all of the 1974 settings into League Totals. what happened? HOME RUNS EXPLODED. I had 70 an 60 hr guys despite I don't think anyone ever coming close in the 70's (IIRC, someone hit 51 exactly ONCE in the 70's) It doesn't make sense. If the league totals have all totals from a certain year, and the LTM are at 1.000 (which basically means no adjustment to league totals up or down) it seems like you should get, you know, totals that are close to the league totals. Instead, offense TOOK OFF after I input the 1975 settings. I mean took off, especially home runs. Now I don't trust putting things back and am going to have to start my creation over. SIMPLE QUESTION: Can I make a fictional league, with all PCM's and LTM's at 1.000, and get 1960's/1970's type results? Is that possible?
