Trying to find OOTP15 Jersey and Cap pack

Back when I first bought the OOTP 2 years ago, I downloaded a jersey and cap pack (in addition to justafan's shiny logos) that I cannot seem to find.

I got a new computer and put the game on here, and the saved files from my other computer somehow were still live in the game, but missing out of my ootp files. A few of them are still there and this is what they look like.

Does anyone recognize this watermark? All the caps have the same one.

For a trade, I recently did a concept for the Mariners and if you like it feel free to use.
