Managers prestige and home country

I've mentioned numerous times my thoughts on all the asian and Dutch managers and coaches coming over to coach Major League teams and vise versa with Americans.

But also a prestige rating for managers would be useful. Seeing 3 time World Series winner Bruce Bochy as bench coach to the Traverse City Beach Bums and Bob Geren manager of the Rockford Aviators.

The random Bobby Valentine situation of an American going overseas or Ruben Amaro going from G.M to first base coach would be fun. But multiple World Series winners going to the lowly indy leagues or a ton of Korean Managers in the Majors ruins things a bit for me.

I'm with you on this. After my 2016 season with the Red Sox I was able to hire Mike Scioscia to be the manager of my AA team, Walt Weiss as manager of my A ball team and Kirk Gibson as manager of the A- club.

A prestige system for personnel or at least a more realistic approach to personnel (like in Football Manager) would be great.
