Replay Question

I'm trying to replay the 2015 Cubs season using historical lineups and transactions. Do you have to manage transactions manually ? So, if a player went on the DL on 4/10, I would need to manually move the player to the DL. My goal is to have the actual roster that was available to the manager on any given day during the season. Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to make a player "inactive". Thanks in advance.

Beware, I have never played this way so hopefully someone else can chime in. I know when you create a game using the "historical" wizard, there is an option to use real lineups. Somewhere in the manual it says that roster limits, suspensions, and injuries are disabled. So I don't think they would go to a DL list and would be available in the late innings-hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
