"Too early to talk contract extensions" after regular season is DONE
I have guys telling me that it's too early to talk extensions when the regular season is done. This must be because of the # of games played (16) in my season. I thought that v5 would be much better for my "NFL Softball" league than even v4 was, but it seems it isn't. v4 obviously looked at the DATE to tell if it was too early, while v5 looks at games played, and with only having 16 games in my season (set up just like a NFL season) guess I won't be able to do this any more.
Any way this can be changed back to the v4 method of starting to take offers after May 1st no matter the season length? |

You know, I wouldn't be half as mad if the CPU was held to this, but the cpu just resigned all their FA's on Aug 1st while all my 4* and 5* players are still saying that "It's to early to talk extensions". My lesser players (2* and 3*) are willing to talk extensions... unless, of course, they're in arbitration year... which means I'll be screwed again.
Any response, anyone? Is this the case? Does extension offers now begin with a certian amt of games and not dates and the cpu can ignore this? Please tell me this isn't so! |
