Free Agent Signing Bonus

One of the things that I enjoy about OOTP is managing the team around all the financials in order to get a good team without blowing up payroll. To me it provides an interesting challenge.

If possible, I think it would be neat to have the option of allowing GMs to offer contracts to free agents (the regular kind, not international) that include a signing bonus. I know it's essentially the same as front-loading a contract, but sometimes the game gets mad at you for an imbalanced proposal. To me, it's not really gaming the system if you front-load because you're practically guaranteed to lose that money (whereas back-loading is relatively easy to abuse).

(Alternatively, making the AI more lenient about imbalanced, front-loaded contracts could also work.)

(Alternatively, perhaps make it so that "contract imbalance leniency" can be adjusted in the settings somewhere.)

I don't think I've ever seen the AI get pissed about any kind of imbalanced contract. You can offer ridiculous contracts like $2M for the 1st year and $18M for the 2nd and the AI will still take the deal if the player is demanding $10M/year.
