Injuries - overall proneness vs specific

Can anyone tell me how the "proneness" ratings work for injuries?

Take these two players, for example:
Player 1
Overall Proneness: 1
Back Proneness: 200
Legs Proneness: 100
Arm Proneness: 100

Player 2
Overall Proneness: 1
Back Proneness: 1
Legs Proneness: 1
Arm Proneness: 1

Is Player 1 more likely to get injured than Player 2?

Is this a real example? Because it's a tough one to call. If I had to guess, I would say that Player 1 is much more likely to become injured than Player 2, but neither are very likely to become injured when compared to other players. Does that make sense?

Overall proneness: How likely a player is to get injured

Back/Leg/Arm proneness: What's likely to get hurt if he does get injured.

So in your example, both players have the same overall injury rating, so they have the same likelihood of getting injured (not much at all). But if Player 1 does get injured, it will more likely be a back injury.

where do you find "proneness to Injury" ratings?

I have never seen them

Thanks everyone. The numbers I posted were totally made up, I wanted to exaggerate it so I could clearly illustrate my question.
