Best Season Ever!

This guy was a monster for me. I've played well over thousands of seasons of this game and this is the first time I've seen anyone hit over .400. He was hitting over .450 through the end of June, then started to slide a bit but still ended well. He got lucky because with about 10 games left in the season he suffered an injury that would keep him out for 4 weeks, probably preserving his batting average. Seasons like this, this is why I play!

Here are his ratings - certainly good, but not those which would scream .400 hitter.

Ever have a guy with 156 steals in 120 games? I basically bring him in very early as a PR and then put him in LF so I end up doing 2 player swap..have about 4 or 5 platoons going so it works...

I haven't though I haven't played through a full 162 game season. Only simming for me for the most part.

Hundreds of seasons, and I've never managed this one! I think .393 of so is my best ever. Pretty amazing accomplishment -- and from the news report, one that they planned for!!
