Have more interaction with the press. All the press news have comments from the AI, but not the user. It would add more depth if there were press conferences that you can answer questions too. Your answers could have it affect your fan interest/loyalty or owners opinion. Or have the press ask you questions where you physically type your answers into some type of text box and have that be shown in the league news.

I could see this being a part of a Career mode where you can create a player and guide/follow his career from the minors to the pros, much like Inside The Park did. I don't know if this would work well with OOTP like it's modeled now. It would definitely add more immersion to the game, but there would need to be a more-than-rudimentary response system. As it is now, you can't respond to other GMs when they offer you bad trades like they do to us, and you can't tell an underperforming player to take a long walk off a short pier when they ask for the bank in contract negotiations. I would like to see this added in to the game, but I think it will take a few versions to get a good system in place.

All I can say is that when they added it into Football Manager it was fun for about 5 minutes, then it became too much with press conferences before and after every match and I just let my assistant manager handle it now.
