Signing Minor League FA with Ratings Off?
Essentially, my question is how to sign people to minor league contracts from the free agent screen without making it a crapshoot. With ratings on, I was able to just organize it by potential and go from there, and I could usually find what I was looking for. With ratings off, however, I would have to search through hundreds of players in order to find one who's stats are to my liking. I know that you can organize it by the stats from the current year, but I was wondering if there was any advice or tips anyone had about this.

Try using the "Find a Player" option. Go to the FA screen, then click on the Find a Player Tab. You can search by some basic stats which should help you narrow it down quite a bit.

On the Find a Player screen, you can select a different league if you click on the header. You will be able to search through stats for free agents who last played for the selected league, specifically each individual minor league. The same applies for independent leagues and foreign leagues.
