Outspoken Player Messing Up Chemistry

I'm sure this has been covered somewhere else, but for the sake of laziness I figured I'd post/ask again.

Is there a good way of identifying who the culprit is when I've got multiple guys on a team saying they are "upset that outspoken players are dragging the team down"?
