Question regarding winter leagues, indy leagues ect.

The current template I'm running for my real mlb leagues has every team controlling 1 AAA, AA, A+, A, A-, and a one rookie league a piece, as well as two feeder leagues. I want to up the realism and add a Indy league and winter league. I get how indy leagues work but my question is what's the best way to go about creating one? My other question is how do winter leagues work and what's the best way to go about creating one?

see the answer I gave today to someone else asking about indy leagues. As for winter leagues dont' bother. They don't work anything like a real winter leagues (players are not transferred there and then come back) so they are not worth it.
