stltduggan Bat Boy Join Date: May 2016 Posts: 6	Player Fielding Improvement Perhaps like your pitching coach and hitting coach help to improve your players skills you could use your Bench Coach to help improve the fielding skills of your players especially since you already have the option of using the bench coach for defensive placement of players during the game. Much as in real life the Baseball Cardinals have used Jose Oquendo to help improve the fielding of their younger players. You could even rate the coach much like you do hitting and pitching coaches by making them more proficient with infielders than outfields for example.
