Does the wind ever change

I read a post about someone noticing that daylight changed to night during a game (which I haven't noticed).

Does the wind ever change? It seems it is constant in direction and speed for the entire game. I would think both direction and speed would change over the few hours of a game.

The speed listed in the average speed of the wind over the course of the game.

probably... i.e. similar concept to wind speed throughout game, so likely a similar way to handle it, too.

the question is whether that's a semantically sly statement?

the answer doesn't necessarily mean that it changes throughout the game relative to each AB, etc... it does not preclude it either.

(not about honourable pawn's reply. he's merely relaying previously posted info from ootp reps in forums..)
