Lost Sound.............

It was working fine yesterday. Today, all I get is crowd noise, no hit sounds, no announcer saying strike, etc.....Any ideas?

I've had versions of this problem occur several times, but haven't figured out the cause. My solution is to their click on the Options button during a game, the turn off the sound, return to the game, and click on Options again to enable the sound again. That usually works. If it does not restore the sound to full function, then at the next opportunity (after the current day's games are all played), I exit OOTP and restart the program. That always has worked to bring back the sound.

I have had the exact same problems. I tried this solution in my games. It did NOT work.

Yes- same problem happened for me yesterday for the first time. The suggestions of disabling/enabling sound and restarting the game have not worked either. Anybody got any other bright ideas?
