Noob Question re: Fictional League Creation

I looked but could not find an answer to this question: Can you create a league filled with different historical teams, instead of from just one year? For example, every franchises best record (95 Red Wings, 2013 Ducks, 83 Oilers, etc.) in one league? Thanks.

That is not an available option in Franchise Hockey Manager 2, no.
