Injury, then game shuts down

I've had the game shut down completely. Both times, it was just after a player suffered an injury. Anybody else experienced this or know if it's going to be fixed?

While playing out a game, someone got hurt? Was it a specific position? or at a specific point in the game? I have not seen this myself, so would need more information to be able to start looking for a fix.

Yes, I've had it happen twice while playing out a game. Positions of injured player were different and time of game was different.

What more information would be helpful?

I had the same thing happen today. Guy got injured and ootp shutdown. It was an outfielder, he was in the field and it was the last out of the inning.

I did find one case that could cause a crash, but I'm fairly certain it would only be possible with some developer flags, or if you hit the replay_movement button right after an injury. I'll certainly fix that, but not sure how we would crash otherwise.

Has this been fixed? Just the other day, I had a similar situation. The pitcher on the mound was injured on the 3rd out of the 8th inning, at which point the game crashed (and I was winning...ugh!).

I'm playing in one pitch mode, if that might make a difference. I don't remember whether I hit the replay button, but I might have.

Yes, I do have the latest patch installed.
