New to the Game

Haven't bought it yet and don't know much about it.. Will this game download on a very old Mac? Mine is a Mac OS X version 10.5.8?

give some people time to answer that question for those who have Macs.

Another way to find out is to download a past version DEMO and if that works then I would think that more often than not it should be good to go.

I know that the game won't run on MAC OS from before a certain version What I cannot remember and can't seem to find info on is what that version is

I'll keep trying to hunt around.

You need OS 10.7 and above to run OOTP 17. Sorry it won't work for your machine.

OOTP 16 worked on OS 10.6, but I don't remember if it worked on 10.5. You could try the demo I suppose.

10.5 is Snow Leopard I believe. I'm not sure there is much software left that even supports that OS X anymore. I have a 2009 Mac the runs os x 10.10 and runs OOTP fine. Would it be possible for you to upgrade the os x to 10.10?

Just a thought.

On a side note It would be like asking a windows user if OOTP runs on Windows Vista. Answer NO! Hint Hint.

Stay with MAC
