World Baseball classic
Dual Nationalities, so players can play for multiple countries, like piazza and Alex Rodriguez
Teams have the right to not let a player participate, plus players can refuse to play.
2. Arizona Fall League
Option of sending top prospects to the Fall League for extra seasoning against other top prospects.
3. Have player learn positions in Spring training/ extended spring training without playing games.
4.Better Coaching options
1st, and 3rd base coaches. 1st base coach helps with speed and baserunning. 3rd base coach manages runners in game so the rating that would matter is aggressiveness. Bench coach has an effect on defense and game calling.
5. Loan System.
This is more for fictional leagues, similar to soccer's system. Its an interesting idea for large universes
6. 3 way trades
