What makes a good GM?

Hey guys, after my assistant GM traded 4 great prospects during the season for low talent vets (even if we are in rebuild mode), I decided to look for someone else... Is there any infos (using or not the editor) that would help me hire one? I looked at the reputation too but there is nobody better than ''good''

Does scout rating helps?

reputation helps but also look in each coach or GM profile and check out their relationship value to your players for that will help you as well.

I guess it will be easier since they added ''New GM ratings'' in the most recent patch!

If your in rebuild mode he should have done the opposite, trade vets for prospects

Yep this is exactly the problem, and I don't understand why. He traded top prospects for borderline major leaguer 35+ old

I think his preference is tucked into his profile that you can only see in editor mode

Maybe he is just...a really really bad GM
