Game not compiling WPA (win percentage added) statistic

I know this is very trivial, except that I incorporate WPA in my year-end pitcher rankings, and I've noticed, two weeks into the season, that almost every pitcher is at 0.0 WPA.

Is this bug unique to me or has it been reported otherwise?

The last time I had a weird (and much more problematic) bug, I was able to delete and reinstall the game, but I'd be uninclined to do that this time, losing the season in progress. Can data from an OOTP17 game be saved in OOTP16's database and imported good as new, were I to try delete-and-reinstall here?

Update, ten weeks into the season: what seems to be happening is that a small, random smattering of plays are entering into Win Probability Added, but most plays aren't.

Most pitchers' WPAs are off zero now, but -- well, I've seen a lot of WPA in OOTP16 and real baseball, and there *no way* that Ray Firthforth, with a 9-3 record and a 3.36 ERA, really has earned negative WPA. Or that Juan Jose Salazar, 4-4 with a 1.65 ERA, has a 0.0 WPA or that Teddy Vanderven, 9-1 with a 3.65, has the same. Nor would Craig Cook, 8-4, 3.05, have compiled negative WPA. I'm sure those scores refer to a play or three, but not to most of their performance.

Oops, sorry, yeah, looks like only some games were counting WPA. We had re-organized a bunch of code, and looks like we missed those calls in some cases. If you turn on the WPA graphs, then they will get calculated always. We'll be sure to fix this for the next patch.

Much appreciated: the upcoming fix, and the fact that I just changed the setting.
