Unable to generate lineups and depth charts

Lineups and not generated when I select "Ask bench coach to for lineups....". None of the options do anything. Not sure what is going on, it worked in another league I set up.

It's possible the bench coach and manager both agree with the current lineup/depth charts. If you move some players around, do they re-shuffle them back to where they were previously?

Hey Matt. Thanks for the reply. The issue is that a lineup is not even generated at all.

Di you have a depth chart specified? The lineup is generated from who you have specified on your depth chart, so if that is blank then no lineup is generated.

Hmm, no, I don't have any depth or lineup specified. One of the options is for the AI to generate lineups and depth charts, and even that does not work. In another league I created simply selecting any of the "generate.." options created the specified option without any special pre-setup. Not sure what is different with this one.

That's weird - I've never seen the generate lineup+depth chart fail to generate anything. If you would like to upload your league files (How to FTP files to OOTP Developments - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software), and let us know what you are pressing, we can investigate if there is something on your team that's preventing the lineups from generating. But generally speaking, as long as you have position players on your roster, it should create something, I'm pretty sure.

FYI, I manually created a lineup and depth chart for Austin, but the others are still blank.

Also, I posted in another thread that Mike Fiers is missing from the free agent list. Maybe I am missing something, but I can't locate him anywhere.

I'm having a tough time visualizing this. My issue not yours. Can you post screenshots? The procedure if you have no depth charts step wise is:

In the lineups overview screen click generate depth charts based on these lineups
Check that a depth chart has been generated in any of the specific lineup screens. This is not necessary just confirmation. You could go directly to 3.
Return to the overview screen and ask bench coach for all depth carts and lineups. The ask bench coach for lineups doesn't work.

I've confirmed that this works but it would help to see screenshots of what happens when you follow these steps specifically.

I'm assuming you have control of lineups and depth charts.

It works perfectly fine for me on your save. "ask bench coach for all depth charts and lineups" fills in all the depth charts and lineups expected for me. Just asking for lineups won't work as you don't have depth charts specified, but the "generate depth + lineup" options do work.

I'm really not sure what you are seeing...

Very weird, I am now able to generate lineups and depth charts by selecting "Ask bench coach for this depth chart & lineup versus RHP+DH". None of the options were working. Thank you for your help.
