Pitch Count Impossiblity?

Is this even possible? 3 pitches, all of which were strikes, but a HBP?

Just a thought : P.Baez throw 3 pitches, all of them were strikes. When he came at bat, he was hit by a pitch ?

I believe we were incorrectly calling the hit by pitch a strike.
