Deleted email about executing team option!

I like to keep an empty inbox and accidentally deleted the email asking me to execute or void the team option for one of my players. I don't see any other place to do this? Have I lost my chance to void this guy's contract for next year?

You can always enable commissioner mode and go into the editor to void his contract.

If it hasn't kicked in yet can't you just release him and it works the same as voiding him? It's just like releasing a guy due an arbitration offer you don't want to honor.
