Commissioner Trade Approvals

I would like to see an option in Commissioner Mode where commissioner approval is needed for any MLB trades. I LOVE this game, but my biggest hangup is that the trade AI will never work realistically and it bugs me when the AI bungles it.

The most common example of this is the AI trading its designated hitter on a given team because most DH's are listed by a field position and so, for example, Prince Fielder gets traded because the Rangers also have Mitch Moreland or Kendrys Morales gets traded because the Royals also have Eric Hosmer, etc, etc.

The point of this isn't whether everyone agrees with my assessment of the AI trade performance, but just the basic preference I have for this feature to be included in the game so that those that want to use it, can.
