Why does Cole have an actual and potential overall rating of 1.5 to 2 stars to start the 2016? Seems like he should be at least a 4 considering that is what Martin Perez starts with and a potential of 4.5 to 5.

It does appear that Hamels might be more than a bit underrated. So I've given him a boost, you'll see the changes in the next patch.
