More starting pitcher relievers

I noticed when drafting this season it seems like I see more people listed as SP'ers that the game seems to actually consider a relief pitcher under current status it says "Strictly bullpen" for future it still says bullpen and in the Scouting reports it still talks about being a reliever. Do you all recommend I do anything with these players? Should I draft them? When all is said and done will they become relievers or starters?

"SP" reflects the role that they filled in high school or college. Many of them lack the stamina or pitches to start in pro ball. But each must be evaluated on his own. A guy with at least three good pitches and decent stamina may eventually be able to start, though he may be "strictly bullpen" now.

Use him as a starter in the minors up to AA and see if he can develop into a SP, if not, use as a RP.
