International Amateur Free Agents Signing with Indep Leagues

I'm having international amateur free agents signing with independent leagues. Sometimes they are good prospects signing for multiple-million dollar bonuses...who can then be purchased for $250k by other teams. I've been deleting them but this takes a bit of work each season.

Below is the Revenue and Expense graph for one of the teams in an independent league. The crazy purchase of free agents can be seen in the graph.

Some independent league teams seem to have a hidden international complex. When you try to get to it via Rosters and Transactions it does not exist. However, some players are assigned to this complex as seen below.

Hope this get fixed or acknowledged. This was a minor bug in 16 but its really noticeable in this version.

Perhaps a related problem. On the same day that international free agents were identified (in an e-mail) as being interested in playing in the Majors, a couple of them had already signed minor league contracts with an independent league. The same league file as above is involved.

Here's one of the players who were identified, on 11/20/2027, as wanting to play in the majors. He signed a minor league contract that same day:

Thanks for reporting. I think I see where we were going wrong. Should hopefully be fixed for the next patch.
