Top 100 prospect : Anually vs Dynamic
At the start of the season, I had only 3 players in the top 100. I immediately changed the ''annually'' option for the ''dynamic'' one expecting that nothing (or almost nothing) has changed since I did not play a game and I'm actually the same day as the report came out.
I went back and suddenly I have 15 prospect in it and a minor league system score of 364 (was at 30) Am I missing something? Is dynamic based on what my scout think instead of OSA? Maybe I misunderstand the concept of ''Dynamic'' |

I believe one of the options has a bug in regards to players purchased from independent leagues. Rating non prospects way to high.

Yes, I saw something similar too. Even with ''annually'' settings, I saw a couple of guys like you mention that came from INDY leagues and being top prospects. I think they tend to be rated like they were in the prospect list of their INDY league

I notice that like with Default template that Trevor Story,Gallo and so on are missing and are still Rookies in real life.
