Feeder League Issues

Design: I created 1 conference, 8 division, 12-14 team per division college feeder league for my expanded universe game - so 102 teams total.

Issue: The feeder league does not have any playoff games and thus does not advance year to year - so I only get one season's worth of college feeder games.

When the game loads three of the conferences (the last three I entered) have all of their teams eliminated. If I let the season run without trying to change the playoff structure, the feeder league does not advance to the postseason or the next year (so, during the 2017 season there are no games played in the college feeder league.)

Attempted Solutions: I have tried to fix this problem two different ways. First, I tried to customize the playoff structure within the league- however, when I try to do that the game crashes. Second, I tried to turn off the playoffs in the league creation editor, however, when the league began the three conferences were all eliminated again, and when I simmed to March 1st, 2017 (the date I had set for the league to start again) it had not rolled over to a new season.

I have created this league three times, and each time I have run into the same problem. I uploaded my latest attempt to the ootp bugs file using the name nielson.feederbug.

I also just created a quickstart based on the universe, and it crashes whenever I try to open it and launch a new game. I'm sending it in under nielson.feederleague2
