Do the way we have the new GM's set up have to do with this

Love the game. I have seen teams go crazy on the waiver wire and other teams stay put. The Rays right now are like a AA team at 17-90 something and are bringing up 17-21 year olds from the farm and waivers. Does this have to do with new GM system? It's weird and I kind of like the random.

That's not right in any way, your file may be corrupt. Start a new game see if it keeps on doing that.

Do I need to delete the whole game and redownload?

Teams will just sign Wavier wire guys that are 17 and they are playing like single A teams in MLB. The Rays are 17-132

No just set up a new game to test if it does it again in the new game. If it does then file a support ticket

If you see issues like this, please post in the bug report forum and upload league files. Preferably at the time of the weird moves or while the team is doing weird stuff, and we can definitely investigate further.

Will do. How do I upload league file? I restarted and that was the only crazy move in a new season
