Ha! Found the secret to not aging!
So, had a birthday today, and just a bit ago I started a new game on OOTP17. When I went to the manager settings, I did a double take when my age was displayed a year younger than today.
Realized that for the next year, I will be a year younger than I am! OOTP17 just keeps giving, even in unexpected ways!

Odd. I have a game I started in 2013 which has progressed to 2018 and my manager page says I am two years older than I really am.
(It also says I am 'Legendary', so I've got THAT going for me...)
