Jose Reyes suffers devastating setback from "Suspended List" injury

Screw Jose Reyes, but this type of thing probably shouldn't be happening:

"Rockies Reyes Suffers Setback: Jose Reyes's return to the Colorado Rockies has been delayed. The 32-year-old shortstop has been in treatment for suspended list and was responding well until he suffered sharp pains during a light workout.Upon examination by team doctors they reported that there had been further damage and Reyes would not be back as originally diagnosed. He would now be out at least 4 weeks."

Known bug. "Suspended list" and the historical missed-year injury shouldn't have setbacks, but I don't know if it's possible to exclude certain injuries from setbacks.

He didn't stay in shape while he was suspended and tweaked his hamstring getting ready to come back. Sounds reasonable to me, especially for Reyes.
