How do I install this with steam??

Better yet how do I get all the historical photos?

The all in one is in the workshop, but it didn't show up for me when I opened the workshop, I had to click on something. I'm not near my home PC right now so I'm not sure exactly what it was. Search for add-ons maybe? Then it showed up and as usual you can subscribe with one click.

I haven't started my historical save yet so I'm not sure if it comes with the historical photos though.

If you're using the Steam Version, follow edtheguy's advice above and install it through the Workshop. If you're using the non-steam version (downloaded from here), you can either click on the "Add-ons Central" link in the main menu, or load your current game and go to File/Add-Ons Central and select the 2016 All-In-One mod from there.

No matter which version you have, make sure that your Facegen settings are set to add player pics for all players and that they're set to update "Always if needed" .
