Scouting problems

So I asked the question in general and no one has this problem but me? I have now recreated the issue in 3 separate playthroughs on 3 separate patches. Now running with the patch level from the opening day release...

As Cardinals in regular file with all leagues included.

Set scouting budget to $16m. By around maytime the scouting reports go to hell... I am not overstating this. All of a sudden they start viewing everyone as a monster superstar in the makings.

I have uploaded yet again a league file to the ftp site. Someone please help me with this. The game is unplayable with scouting on IMO. File name: MLB_V3.lg.zip

Click on a player, and there on the top of the tab frame, the "Ratings relative to:"-menu probably does not have the MLB selected. Select MLB there. Problem solved.

Yes it is set. I set it in the main settings. All ratings relative to MLB. Also as noted all ratings are fine... until around May when they all go nuts with no configuration changes. This is repeatable and I have done this 3 times now.

Well, I loaded your files and everything looked good here. This setting sometimes changes, please do as I asked, open a player profile and see what league is set there as the rating relative to.

i can try this when I get home... but then I guess this changes into a separate bug report. This is a big one if this changes willy nilly.

Verified. The issue is that dropdown. I have completed the season and have had to reset the dropdown 4 times. It keeps resetting to a foreign league for some reason randomly.
