recent patch. yay sim speeds!

Wow. i went from escalating speeds (from 4-5min and continually rising) to very fast sim speeds.

i have hyperthreading on (cpu bios option, not the game)

i treid 4threads, then 8. i did not time the 4thread exactly but most years were 3mins between data dumps with 1/10 only showing a 2min diff. so very close to 3mins, if not.

8 threads dropped it to 2m 15s - i noted the seconds for a more accurate duration this time. that must have been a weird year... mostly just under 3mins typicall. 2.5-2.75etc.

so, the fixes seemed to improve mor ethan just he news/transaction/injuries not being deleted? or that was the cause of all my problems.

i've previously said extra threads didn't help, but it is now noticeable on my system. for those that have hyperthreaded cpus, i'll post back after testing with out hyperthreading on.. will still use 8 threads though.

EDIT: moved system temp folders back to SSD... no problems with host writes after this patch. no longer writing 2-6gb per season (improved with last patch too)
