How Do I Make All New Players Hispanic?

I am playing in a modern fictional league. I would like to increase the number of Hispanic players and want all (or most) new players being drafted to be Hispanic. Is there a way to change this, so that for a number of years I can have an inflow of Hispanic players created? Do I use the eccentricities file or nations file?

Is there a way to edit the nation of origin ethnicity? I would imagine the U.S. has a mix.

You can edit the country of your choice in the world_default file...

That's the best way to do it, though an easier way if he wants an influx of American Hispanic players (I think this would work) would be to go to "Explore World" in game and edit the United States so that all new U.S. names are from the Hispanic list rather than most being "U.S. Modern."

I think it chooses the name type and after that the ethnicity, so if it gives all new American players Hispanic names most will get the Hispanic face type (last I checked there was a small chance of African or Caucasian faces even with a Hispanic name, and to change that he'd have to change the database files).

Open the "ethnicities.txt file found in Data/Database

The first lines look like this:
//language id (do NOT change), language, african (1/1000),asian,east-indian,caucasian,hispanic,
0,U.S. (Modern),200,10,0,710,80,
1,Hispanic,300,0,0,50,650,
....

For US, if you want only Hispanic players, change it to ,0,0,0,0,1000

Save it (make a backup of the original).

Open OOTP, go to the database tab in league setup. Database tools and reimport names and ethnicities database.

Now, you will only get Hispanic players for the U.S.

Use the in game nation editor to select your desired name sets.
