Free Agent Draft - Not Your Turn?

I have released all MLB players, scheduled a free agent draft, and set all teams to be controlled by me. When I start the Free Agent Draft I am not able to select a player because its "not your turn". Do I need to schedule a fantasy draft instead?

Put yourself in Commish Mode, then "Acting As" GM for whichever team is picking. Lather, rinse, repeat for each team as their pick comes up.

So basically you'll have to put yourself as "Acting As" GM every pick.

Looks like "Set all teams to controlled by <your name>" in the league settings does not work as expected. I went into "Team Control Settings" and selected "Play in Commissioner Mode", and now I have control over all teams.
