All players relative
Great game and this could be a bug
Everytime i save or restart a game that setting which is set to all player rating relative to MLB will change itself to Mexican league and if I don't catch it I am now scouting guys higher than they should |

Do not check this box (or uncheck it) and player ratings will remain stable and at the MLB level.

Global Settings -- about 2/3 of the way down on the left you can pick the league with respect to which you want player ratings displayed. It can be any league in your universe.

I'm really hoping that this is on the list for the next patch though. It's a really useful feature in multi-league games
