Setting depth charts as GM

I'm playing as GM only and when set my depth chart in the graphical depth chart window it will sync that to the lineup, but after I sim a day they are switched back to how they were before. I know that a manager will have his own preferences, but I thought I had read that there will be a way for a GM to address the depth chart in this version?

On your Control & Auto Play settings page, who is selected as being in charge of Lineups & Depth Charts?

Also some managers just won't let you tamper with their lineups, but that should be apparent on their page.
